Until Next Semester!
Well yesterday was officially some I imagine and mine last day. Our final drawings for Suzanne's class were due from 8-11 yesterday morning. And afterwards we had been organizing a dinner for Ruby Tuesday at 7PM to really whoever wanted to go. We invited many people to go, and in the end there ended up being 9 of us but regardless it was a terrific night and thanks to everyone of you that went, it was a great way to wrap things up and celebrate the hard work we all did throughout the first semester!
you can thank the quality of these photos to my terrific iPhone... but I'm definitely gonna try to update this blog periodically throughout the break!
First Drawing Course... DONE!
Alright so you might remember previously in a post titled The First Floor Plan we hand drafted in pencil a floor plan of a proposed family named the Blandings. Well after that was completed we basically kept extending on the project by then doing elevations, then sections. After that which was a little bit before Thanksgiving it was announced that we had to redo all three drawings in ink which included the plan, section and elevation. And also to include two interior prospectives and a binder which had specifications for furniture, cabinets, windows, doors and anything else really. And also it wasn't required but I really wanted to do a cover sheet and attempt to render a view with my Chartpak markers and so I did, and I was definitely happy with the outcome. So I'm going to show you the layout in which I laid all my drawings by cover sheet, original documents, refined drawings, perspectives.

A Little Different
So it's getting very close to the end of the semester and tonight I had some free time once I got home so I decided I wanted to do something a little different. There is a pretty popular sort of artist that's very popular now called Mr. Brainwash who does very modern sorta work like this.
And for some reason I kind of like this sort of art, so I experimented to say the least. I found a image I wanted and another image and put them together in Photoshop, then printed them and colored it and photoshopped it just a tad more.
